The apartment has such a splendid view , the panorama of Lake Como. Some also call it Vista Paradiso. It only took me two trips to Varenna to view, book the apartment , order the alterations and decorations and do the title deed transfer. I never thought buying an apartment in Italy could be so easily done. The owner of the BellaVista team are very efficient courteous and fast.
